Dr. Grober is an Assistant Professor and full-time faculty of the Division of Urology at the University of Toronto. He is a fellowship-trained expert in vasectomy reversal, vasectomy, microsurgery and male infertility. Dr. Grober completed his medical school training at McMaster University. He received his training in Urology at the University of Toronto and went on to complete a fellowship in male infertility and microsurgery at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas – a centre of excellence in vasectomy reversal, male reproductive and sexual medicine.

Dr. Grober's current clinical practice is devoted to vasectomy reversal and microsurgical reconstruction of the male reproductive tract. He performs 3 to 4 vasectomy reversals each week and uses the latest advancements in microsurgery to provide the highest-quality patient outcomes. Dr. Grober's surgical practice is based out of the New Women's College Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.

In 2008, Dr. Grober and colleagues invented the 'Mini-Incision Vasectomy Reversal' which was featured on ABC News, MS NBC, the TODAY Show and Yahoo Health. This innovative surgical technique applies the principles of the No-Scalpel Vasectomy and allows the vasectomy reversal to be completed through incisions that are less than 1cm.
